Prevent both header row and header column from being moved

Very nice library!

I have a table where the first row and first column are headers and need to be fixed. I am close, but could only do one or the other based on whether I apply column or row mode first. See https://output.jsbin.com/papohan/1. I also tried free mode, however, it did not produce the desired results. Any thoughts?
