LibPQPath is more of an API than a constant. This needs to be documented.

Create new docs page
Formal API declaration
Example use cases:
- Load from text file: Path as an argument to LibPQ #3 (comment)
- Use table instead of a record: http://blog.blauservices.com/?p=1963
