What is your question?

If multiple congregation use the hall , Ex 4 different languages in our case and need to play musical chair with meeting times during CO visits, it seem that if your original meeting was in the past you have no longer access to your media!
Ex: Congregation on Tuesday needs to move to Thursday or Friday but when you open M3 it will not allow you to open any media from the past.
Can we make media available for 5days in the past. It used to be possible in the older versions!
Or do we need to put in multiple possible days of meeting time in our Profile?
