Just like cpanm does: https://metacpan.org/pod/cpanm#PERL_CPANM_HOME

It seems implemented, but not documented: https://metacpan.org/release/SKAJI/App-cpm-0.997011/source/lib/App/cpm/CLI.pm#L93

I don't see it anymore. It's super-annoying that it's not even documented so I could at least symlink into ~/.cache before it starts dumping hundreds of megabytes into my home. You have to run a dummy cpm then figure out what files where changed in your homedir.
