How to use the BSD-3 license?

Hi,
I am a hobbyist/freelancer type of person. I have a question about the license of quilljs. Sorry, it had been answered before or if it is a noob question, like I said, I am not a real dev or anything. Coding is a hobby for me.

I am throwing out a website on githubpages that my friends and other people may publicly use (open website anyone can use) which will have a quilljs editor. What do I have to do to maintain this BSD-3 clause? .. cos obviously, nobody wants to get sued.

How do I maintain the copyright thing? What do I have to do? Write a "copyright mr. x,y,z" as the BSD-3 clauses says or get permission because it also says if I put their names I have to get their permission first or something like that. What does that mean?

The site just uses CDN in script tag to import quill.

The site is not commercial or anything. It just helping some friends and people out.
