A weird one: when tweet reports are opened in the REM they seemed to block selection of underlying RW polygons. Apparently this open happened with twitter reports (which sounds strange) but worth investigating.

I can't reproduce this, except that I've noticed underneath the popup there's a region that you can't hover over the polygons, because it's part of the container for the popup and the arrow of the popup box.
I wonder if this triggered the report - as it does appear like you can't select those polygons while the report popup is open.

If we wanted to we might be able to address this.
Simplest would probably be to remove the arrow part of the popup. Or, likely harder, we may be able to fix the issue on the transparent parts of the box.
