v7.1.0 - Alert Manager, Keyboard Enhancements, Media Clock Improvements, and More

This release adds a screen manager API for Alerts, many keyboard improvements (when connected to supported modules), set variable media clock timer speed (for supported modules), set skip next / previous buttons with time skip UI (for supported modules), and more.

Remember that some features only work on head units that support that feature.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed soft buttons being delayed on Ford Sync 3.0 and increased SDL CPU usage (Softbutton Delay #1778)
• Fixed button notifications not working properly the first button press on Ford Sync 3.0 (SYNC 3.0 bug with button event notifications #1793)
• Fixed a number of potential issues around the iAP transport seen on iOS 14 devices (High CPU usage in Energy Organizer, iOS 14+ #1799, Possible infinity loop with iAP run loop #1809, [SDLIAPDataSession destroySessionWithCompletionHandler:]_block_invoke () crash issue. #1892, ExternalAccessory:-[EASession _endStreams] crash on our app. #1893)
• Fixed uploading the blank artwork every time instead of persisting it (Avoid re-uploading blank artwork every time #1864)
• Fixed uploaded files not being divided into multiple RPCs correctly (Fix the size of the bulk data that can be set in a PutFile #1927)

Important Known Issues

• SYNC 3.0 bug with iAP transport #1795, StartService RPC not ACKed on IVI boot #1783, and Library stops working if StartSession(RPC) times out #1847 - Potential bugs with connecting to legacy head units (may persist back to 6.7.0 as well).
• RPC Encryption Fails with Multi-Frame Payloads #1954, Post-Connection RPC StartService w/ Encryption Causes a Crash #1966, and When the RPC service is encrypted, we should wait for encryption to set up before setting up the managers #1969 - Issues with RPC encrypted connections causing crashes or apps that do not successfully connect.
• Avoid deleting and setting identical voice commands #1855, Two voiceCommands contains the same string #1959, Send voiceCommand with duplicate strings #1961, and voiceCommand that contains no string should be removed #1964 - Potential edge case bugs with voice commands using the SDLScreenManager.
• Choice fails to preload - not properly handled #1941 - If a choice fails to preload, the manager may believe it was properly uploaded.
