Asset Model Question

Hey there,

Is it possible to add a category/field into the asset model?
For instance I would like to add a department feature when creating an asset model/new asset. right now our options are below.

Name | Manufacturer | Model No. | Assets | Depreciation | Category | EOL | Fieldset | Notes | Actions

Any thoughts or work arounds? One possible option for me is to just create a separate company to delineate the departments that the assets belong to.
