Mactype on different monitors

I am starting to experiencing rgb bleeding on one of my monitors. Many apps started to look worse, and there is a "halo" of a red tint around small texts.

I haven't fiddled with Mactype, maybe a Windows update or graphics driver update caused this.

This looks normal in a 4K monitor with zoom level 200% (Monitor A), but is bad in another 4K monitor with zoom level 150% (Monitor B). In the above screenshot, the left side is A, and the right side is B. I have adjusted the font size so that they look in the same size pixel-by-pixel.

Try downloading the image and open it with MS Paint, and zoom in (browsers or picture viewers apps may arbitrarily make pixels look more round, use MS Paint to see square pixels), then you can see that the font rendering on the right side has more "bleed".

When anti-aliasing mode is set to "Optimized for LCD(RGB)", this gets so annoying, and I have set it to "greyscale", and things got much more bearable.

Using the latest MacType https://github.com/snowie2000/mactype/releases/tag/v1.2024.9.14 as a service mode,
and Windows 11 24H2 26100.2454.

It seems that something got changed from either Mactype, or the OS side, caused the subpixel anti-aliasing algorithm to behave oddly. Are there anybody experiencing similar issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how to help at all, but I am having this same exact issue (!), except on Windows 11 23H2 22631.4541, and I only have one monitor (on a laptop, using all the recommended display settings)... I haven't fiddled with Mactype either, and am using the latest release.

The problem is that all your screenshots look completely normal to me, in my monitor.

So maybe a camera shot of the monitor may help explain more clearly.
