Different file size

Hi there. Thanks so much for the great work. I launched the h-encore app, ticked the trim h-encore to 7mb and ran the app. I was not able to copy the h-encore over to my vita because I keep encountering the error c2-12858-4

i notice the h-encore on my side is 1239kb instead of the 6972kb i see for most youtube tutorial videos.... is that the reason?
