integrate tomtom-like tool in bamm-suite #3

Once, the tomtom-like script is done it should be moved from the webserver to this repository.

Additional steps we should take are:

  • integrate it into the bamm command line tool
  • change to the newly implemented bamm format
  • write automatic tests
  • write a sphinx documentation chapter
