Description

After I messed up a commit-pinned dependency here, compiling doesn't work without scrapping the cache. See astral-sh/uv#4378, but it's already fixed in astral-sh/uv#4698, just need to bump uv when that appears in a release.

In the meantime, I think I can run a --refresh with the offending package name whenever this caching hiccup occurs locally.
