Missing File: changelist.html

surveygroup_list.html extends "changelist.html". This file is missing from the repo.

Yes they probably should exist in here so there isn't a dependancy, I'll copy them over

Well, that explains a lot. There is also a dependency on the forms.py in the template tags, the "forms.html", and several other files as well.

I had planned to hack the guts out of this anyway, so I could use it for guild applications, but I was trying to make it work as is. I guess I can pull files from the other repo.

Is the "andsom" project just a personal project? I note that you have not filled out any of the readme.md files to give examples or usage . . .
