Error notification:

"Failed to create "sourcegraph" autocomplete provider derived from "site-config-cody-llm-configuration". Please report the issue using the "Cody Debug: Report Issue" VS Code command."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a folder with C++ source code files.
2. The above error notification pops up sometimes.

Expected Behaviour

Nor error notifications.
