Is there a way to have the tool check the date that the data were processed by DMS and download the files if the processing date is more recent than the date in the existing local files?

The prvversion column in the productTable lists the pipeline version used to process the data. But this wouldn't catch when data are reprocessed due to new reference files being delivered.
