The GUID field on a New Taxon form is editable

Also, Hybrid Parent1 and Hybrid Parent2 fields are not disabled when Is Hybrid is not checked

GUID field is fixed and is no longer editable, however the hybrid fields are still editable in 7 whether or not is hybrid is checked.

In 6 the behavior is that the hybrid fields are disabled unless is hybrid is checked and then they become editable. Do we want to leave this issue open and match the 6 behavior or is the current behavior okay?
