MOD: message header toolbar buttons (compse, reply, replyAll, forward) converted to use Thundernest's hackToolbarbutton. This should increase compatibility with other addons such as SmartTemplate4, which also modifies these buttons.

NEW: Keyboard shortcuts for forward, reply, replyall if their buttons are enabled on the main toolbar.
