Migrate tutorials from k8s_sat to k8s_psat node attestor #138

The k8s_sat NodeAttestor plugin in SPIRE has been deprecated since 1.9.0 and is set for removal in an upcoming release: spiffe/spire#5681

The tutorials in this repository should migrate away from k8s_sat node attestation.
