GPG key expired #24

Trying to use the provider with recent versions of terraform ends up with the following message:

│ Error: Failed to install provider

│ Error while installing f5networks/bigip v1.19.0: error checking signature: openpgp: key expired
╵

This seems to be directly related to the following terraform issue: hashicorp/terraform#33984

Publishing the provider with a valid GPG key seems to be the only long-term fix.
