Install Generator Fails When Spree CSS Is Missing #148

bundle exec rails g spree_social:install fails when the default Spree frontend CSS is missing (vendor/assets/stylesheets/spree/frontend/all.css). This file can justifiably be deleted in a variety of cases, the gem should gracefully handle the error rather than stopping.
