• Re-order Table 1 to make simplest approaches first: Count, Rate, ...
• Describe interactivity for current selection of atlases (section 3.3)
• Remove Fig 1, because it is already in current Fig 4. Move the text for that down close to that?
• Interactivity and animation section needs to have
  • definitions of interactivity (and direct manipulation) and animation
  • brief summary of major literature in area of interactive (direct manipulation) maps and possibly the interactive GUI options that are more common today
  • brief summary of animation, and good practices, possibly as described by Pedersen
• Micromaps needs to be described also (look for XXX in paper)
