Just after each year's competition we still have the competition website live and will likely have published the blog post about the competition. Archiving at that point in the year means that the competition website pages will be accessible without us needing to host the underlying APIs for the whole year and all of history.

you can save archive snapshots at https://web.archive.org/save, for future reference :)
