Improve pre-kickstart timelines tasks

For SR2024 despite having worked out a timeline well in advance we still found that when it came to confirm spaces we hadn't actually left enough time between confirming places and wanting to send the kits out.

In future we probably need to allow:

• Two weeks ahead of Kickstart to actually ship the kits (avoids pressure on/from our friendly courier)
• A week before that to have confirmed the shipping details
• A week (maybe two?) before that to be confirming places and requesting those details

We might also want to account for warming teams up a little ahead of this, so that they're (and in particular rookies are) confident we exist/what we do/etc. This should also make them more likely to respond to emails confirming their place etc.
