Would it be possible to make a global mode, that simply searches for a parent .travis.yml for every buffer with a file associated?

Currently, if you have buffers with /a/file1 and /a/file2, enabling build-status in file1's buffer will also enable it in file2's. But, I see what you're requesting. Seems to make sense. How many different projects do you have open? :neckbeard:

I lose count =P but more importantly, I forget which ones have CI and which ones don't, so it'd be nice if the computer could keep track of that for me :-)
