[Feature Request]: Add "No Results" UI State for Empty Filter Results #2402

Description

When users apply filters or search criteria that yield no results, the UI currently shows a blank state without any clear indication that the search returned zero results.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click on filter icon
  2. Choose Bounty or Company type
  3. Click Show Results button

Acceptance Criteria

  • Display a clear "No Results" message when filter returns empty
