ROMs 4 to 7 should be Sideways RAMs in Master Compact mode

In Master Compact mode, ROMs 4 to 7 default to ROM, whereas they should be Sideways RAMs.

This is fixed on the current master, see commit: 41748ae.

Note that there is a change to the b-em.cfg file which is usually copied to somewhere user-specific, typically .config/b-em/b-em.cfg on Linux and part of your roaming profile on Windows.
