libssp-0.dll missing from release #227

Issue:
libssp-0.dll is missing from the release ZIP files

Workaround:
copy a corresponding libssp-0.dll from a MSYS/MinGW installation to the b-em folder

Expected behavior:
DLL is delivered with released ZIP file
