[Feature] Main page horizontal customization

The contents in the main page is listed vertically. For example like below. User can simply make this through drag-and-drop.

It would be a good feature that user can customize the main page by splitting horizontally like below. Drag-and-drop would be still intuitive manner to make this page for user.
