[Feature] Browse by scrubber sprite/preview frame grid for seeing the whole scene at a glance #5573

Feature proposal: a browsing view that shows a customizable number of the scrubber sprites (or the segments from a preview video) in a grid, so that at a glance you can get an overview of the entire scene and pick tags or a title for it.

Use case: you've got a large collection of unsorted scenes and you want to quickly and efficiently add tags like "gangbang" to relevant scenes. Just seeing the cover image isn't enough to know whether a scene is a gangbang, so currently, you have to play the video and skip through it. But if you were displaying 12 images evenly sampled from throughout the duration, you would be able to see a gangbang in that and quickly tag it.

For a visual, this would look like the thumbnail sheets commonly used to preview videos on many sites:
