[Feature] Easier way to resync Handy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when the Handy server offset is wrong and I have to go into settings->interface->sync every time I want to resync it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A button on the scene player page to resync the server offset.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe Stash could trigger the sync every time the page is refreshed?
