Remove contact@treesnap.org as route

I'm removing contact@treesnap.org from mailgun's authorized routes list, since we're at the free plan's max limit and I need to add EFP's support email, and as far as I can tell we don't advertise this email anywhere.

If something breaks, though, this is probably the cause. Just noting here for posterity.
