Add TripalImporter finish hook

When a GO, KEGG, or Interproscan Importer finishes, we want to rerun the indexer.

However... that will clear the index! Maybe we dont want to do that, and we want to keep it manual.

Note: we do have access to the importer arguments, so we could try and do something like re-index organism x only. However n practice that will be slow because we dont have, say, an organism_id column in the index.
