• organism linker field

• base project field (does this exist?)

• project linker field (doesnt exist i dont think).

i've implemented the base organism field. what we do is, when as ubmission is created, we check the $entity for the above fields, and, if they are set, we add the permission to the permission table.

Well, organism is done but not project. i dont think we really have project fields in existence 🐑 so we'll get to it then.
