Default start/end dates for historical_exchange_rates() #15

This could default to today and the past 365 days if start_date and end_date is ommitted

priceR::historical_exchange_rates("BTC", "USD")
Error in make_dates(start_date, end_date, 365) : 
  argument "start_date" is missing, with no default
