report for covid19 data

Hi, Will this pipeline work with covid19 fasta files, and BAM files? If not how do we customize it to generate a report?

Hi @gadepallivs , I have not worked on this project in a long time, theoretically it will likely work, but you would likely need to do a fair amount of work for it. This project is really tailored to the file schema from the old Ion Torrent server so I am not sure if you are using the same system to generate your files or if you have already generated them.
