Add extra menu option(s) depending on permissions, as this seems a more intuitive place to find it. Complicated because the player profile is a Player, but the target pages are for a PlayerIdentity, so there may be multiple.

Consider whether the 'Edit players' page (EditPlayersForTeam.cshtml) is still needed after this.
