Meta-issue for implementing the various extra mechanisms necessary to operate as a floodfill router:

  • Kademlia DHT.
  • Keyspace rotation.
  • Flooding.
  • Changes to netDB exploration.
  • DatabaseLookup message-handling.
  • DatabaseStore message-handling.
  • Automatic enabling of floodfill mode as appropriate (with config overrides).
