Data homepage links to wrong sites

Embedded links on this page go to old sites: https://strands-project.github.io/strands_documentation/datasets/

This page should be sparser and categorised somehow. @johnfolk please can you rewrite it?

The embedded links point to webpages because it's just a direct pandoc conversion. I can try and replace the links with internal ones, but on some of the other dataset pages it's not likely to be possible.
