Feature Request: Assign Membership Level on Event Registration

We are approaching this Add On as membership-first, but there may be cases where the membership should be assigned on registration. This would be a nice to have future feature I wanted to document here.

Sounds good, I think for now I'll push this back until we get more requests from our users. A gist/guide for now should be enough :)
