In our design, DApp doesn't have the capability to switch chain. Only wallet can do that. And the best practice in terms of chain environment is that your dapp should be deployed for a single chain (or say, network) with a dedicated domain name. For example, the formal domain name should be related to mainnet while testnet.XXX.com can correlate to testnet.
