Looks like it's happening in the new OS. I've yet to upgrade to it, but if anyone has access and wants to try building Pika on it / taking a look at this, I'd love to see any explorations. Will flag as help wanted, and thanks for flagging @wanarek.

Not the new OS, I misread the OS version—my bad! I believe this is on Catalina. I had some rendering issues while working on the first version of PIka. Does downgrading the version work? You can test our earlier versions at https://github.com/superhighfives/pika/releases (just expand the Assets and pick the .dmg file). If you're able to pinpoint where the issue started that'd be a huge help.
