Proposal for UI Improvements: Dark Mode, Scroll-to-Top Feature, and Bug Fixes

Dear Swagger UI maintainers and contributors,

I would like to contribute by addressing some UI-related issues that I believe would enhance the user experience of the Swagger UI. Below are the features and fixes I plan to work on:

#10089 - Dark Mode
Implement a dark mode option to improve accessibility and user comfort during low-light conditions.

#10169 - Scroll-to-Top Feature
Add a scroll-to-top button for ease of navigation, especially on longer pages. This feature will appear after scrolling down 20px and allow users to return to the top smoothly.

#10071 - CSS Line Break for Operation IDs
Resolve the issue with CSS styling causing improper line breaks for operation IDs.

#10069 - Notification for Successful "Copy to Clipboard"
Implement a visible notification to inform users when the "Copy to Clipboard" action is successfully completed.

#10164 - Implement Lazy Loading

I believe these improvements would enhance the usability and aesthetics of the UI. Could you please confirm if these changes would make a valid contribution to the project?
