Help setting up telegram notifications

Hello everyone,

I've setup in config.yml the following arguments:

  # TELEGRAM
  notify_telegram: true
  telegram_token: "<bot token API>"

but I dont receive any messages directly from bot. Since I didnt had a chat id argument, I think that those notifications came directly through the bot.

When I change config.yml file, I restart swar-chia-plot-manager always doing:

user@chia1 ~/D/Swar-Chia-Plot-Manager (main)> python3 manager.py restart
Successfully stopped manager processes.
Plot Manager has started...

And dont receive any message with any issues.

Any of you can confirm if I am setting up this type of notification right?
Also, what type of messages a side of start and complete notifications for plot jobs, will be sent?
