Config Advice For My Set Up

Today is my first day using CMD and I really need some advice on the config set up. I have been using the GUI for a while now and found a nice rhythm but this is very different and was hoping the community could help me maximise my set up for better results?

Currently running them as 2 jobs as I couldnt work out any other way to run to both NVMe and 2 x external final drives.
