HELP! Plotting from one HDD to second HDD

Please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong.
There are two tasks.

One with temporary files D: \Tamp and target E:\Plot
Second on the turn E:\Temp and D:\Plot

When I run two tasks through the Powershell script, the loading of both disks occurs simultaneously, while if I run the plotter through the Svar, then they load in turn, then one, then the other. The speed is, of course, lower.

What am I doing wrong? Is it possible to fix this with some variable in the config?
