Prevent large requests from being truncated

I encountered an issue where some of the requests being processed errored due to syntax issues. I was able to trace this back to the 'SOAP Wrapper' write step. The xpath function has a 1 million character limit (see referenced Workday admin guide below) and xml-stream should be used instead. I made this switch and was able to confirm my issue was resolved.
