There is no cross-platform tool available to simply extract image sequences from movies.
MystiQ would be perfect if you would integrate this feature!

Describe the solution you'd like

Convert to: *.png / *.tiff / *.exr

Describe alternatives you've considered

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -pix_fmt rgba output_%04d.png
