singularity-ce 3.11.3 packages have been submitted as updates for Fedora and EPEL. These will be available in the stable repositories in approx. 7 days. If you'd like to speed up that process you can test the packages and add positive karma at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=singularity-ce (requires a Fedora project account). |

SingularityCE 3.11.3 is a patch release in the 3.11 series, and can be found here:

mode now provides a writable container by default, using a tmpfs overlay. This improves parity with--compat
mode in the native runtime, as--compat
enables--writable-tmpfs
