Remove sender mail address but send sender's name instead

Hi group,

I created a list with some members, they are all allowed to send mails to the list.
Now I want to optimise. To know about the origin of a post I would like to include the NAME of the list member, but hide her/his/their mail address for reasons of keeping that private.

How can I achieve that?
