Describe the bug

When on the Manual Setup page, the Scan QR option doesn't populate the form.
It doesn't matter whether the form has already been populated or not.
The 'Paste Node URI' button is working.

It is still possible to scan a LN node QR from the home screen though.

Reproduce

  1. Go to Advanced -> Lightning Connection -> Manual Setup
  2. Click on 'Scan QR'
  3. Scan a valid LN node QR, e.g. https://1ml.com/node/0296b2db342fcf87ea94d981757fdf4d3e545bd5cef4919f58b5d38dfdd73bf5c9
  4. Observe form is not populated
